I do not participate in any insurance panels, but if you have a PPO insurance they may reimburse part of my fee. You may want to contact your insurance company and ask

What is the reimbursement rate for out of network providers?
Is the rate based on the actual fee or a “customary fee” (determined by the insurance company)?
Is there a deductible you must meet before they start paying?

I am happy to provide you with the paperwork required to obtain reimbursement from your insurance company.
